Santiago Rueda, DDS
Dr. Santiago J. Rueda earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 2001. He then attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, graduating in 2005. He then completed a general practice residency in Lehigh Valley Hospital in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Dr. Rueda has been practicing in the area for seven years. His goal is to provide ideal dental treatment that suits the patient’s overall needs using the most up-to-date technology, studies, and evidence supporting treatment. He is a pretty cool dentist! Dr. Rueda takes about 15 to 20 continuing education hours every year. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Rueda lives with his dog, Bella, and his sugar bears, Chester and Chelsea. He has bi-weekly get-togethers with his 20 relatives in the area. Dr. Rueda plays in the APA pool league every Wednesday. They play 8-ball and he is the team captain. Dr. Rueda rides his motorcycle whenever whether allows it. He just started basic photography courses.
Dr. Rueda also specializes in dental implant for his patients and is a member of the Global Dental Implant Academy, has extensive training in Cerec CAD/CAM Guided Surgery Implants and Cerec CAD/CAM Single Visit Dentistry as well. He also has Versah Osseodensification Densah training, maintains a certification in Guided Bone Regeneration by Surgical Influence and is a certified Pinhole Surgical Technique™ Practitioner.
Dr. Rueda provides his patients orthodontic treatment and is a certified Invisalign Provider. He also specializes in laser dentistry and has a Fotona Lightwalker Twinlight PHAST certification and Nightlase and achieved SmoothLase Certifications as well.
Additionally, Dr. Rueda received Dr. Choukron Platelet-Rich Fibrin Training for Dental Surgery, Dr. Miron PRFedu Platelet-Rich Fibrin Training in Facial Esthetics and is both a certified Botulinum Toxin Provider and Dermal Filler Provider by the AAFE.
Dr. Rueda can effectively treat TJM disorders as he is a certified Frontline TMJ and Orofacial Pain Provider by the AAFE.
